Besides running the Home, presented talks on the Home and had to be present at fund raising dinners for the Home.

Together with a Organizing Committee, sought for a site, planned arranged for ground breaking on 3 June 1995 (by Professor S Jayakumar, Minister for Law and Foreign Affairs and member of Parliament for Bedok GRC0 and built the Lions Home at Bedok South, completed in mid 1997 and officially opened on 16 November 1997 (by Mr Yeo Cheow Tong, Minister for health and the Environment) finally. Unfortunately, I was not the Chairman in 1997!
